Bentley Motors was recognized for the 11and consecutive year as the top employer in the UK by the internationally renowned Top Employers Institute.
In another challenging year for so many organizations, Bentley’s approach to employee well-being, values, ethics and integrity has been recognized by the institute , alongside Bentley’s focus on sustainability, digitalization, diversity and inclusion.
The award is based on a comprehensive company review that highlighted Bentley’s innovative and compelling approach to its employees’ “extraordinary journeys” as well as Bentley’s own progressive strategic ambitions for the ‘to come up.

Bentley says a focus on becoming an employer of choice is a key part of the company’s Beyond100 strategy.
