As a Business Support Analyst for this large digital insurer, you will be responsible for business analytics, from enterprise to systems analytics, mining data and analytics to determine root cause across the business, from the customer journey to the product proposal and associated processes.
Terms:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in continuous improvement management is essential. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications/insurance sector is essential.
- Experience in technical business analysis in a related industry, including systems analysis
- Agile/Scrum and Waterfall experience
- Qualification related to continuous improvement (Essential) (preferred in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt)
- years of management experience is an advantage
- Experience analyzing large datasets
- Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and systems integration solutions.
- Knowledge of relevant industry licensing and compliance regulations. (Additional benefit)
