CARLTON Football Club is pleased to announce that it has been recognized as the Employer of Choice winner at the 2021 Australian Business Awards.
This significant achievement enables the Club to achieve another of its key objectives outlined in its five-year strategic plan, The Carlton Way.
The Australian Business Award for Employer of Choice recognizes organizations that develop workplaces that maximize the full potential of their workforce through established policies and practices, which demonstrate effective recruitment, engagement and retention employees.
The Club’s submission focused on five pillars that contribute to organizational excellence.
These pillars are:
- Organizational composition and profile
- Culture, leadership and strategy
- Education, training and development
- Performance, recognition and compensation
- Health, safety and satisfaction
Carlton President Luke Sayers recognized the importance for the Club to receive such much appreciated recognition.
