IARI Recruitment 2022: The Indian Institute of Agricultural Research (IARI) has invited immediate online applications from candidates for the positions of Senior Researcher (SRF), Young Professional-II (YP-II) and Fieldworker (FW).
These, applicants meeting the reference eligibility criteria can apply online with the required self-attested scanned photos. IARI has notified i) SRF, ii) Young Professional-II and iii) Fieldworker positions are to be advertised under the Head of Agricultural Physics Division, IARI, Pusa, New Delhi-110 012. The date Online registration deadline by the Eligible applicants will close on 10th August 2022. There are total 03 vacancies, with 01 vacancies each for three vacancies notified by Indian Agricultural Research Institute.
IARI selection: Nomination of candidates remains purely on a temporary/contractual basis under the ICAR-funded co-terminal project ICAR Network Precision Agriculture (NePPA) Program. IARI, after shortlisting the applications received, will only notify eligible candidates for their participation in the online interview via email/mobile phone. * The IARI Selection Committee, in view of the global CoViD-19 pandemic, will conduct online interviews for shortlisted candidates, who will be shortlisted online for selection for positions. Verification of the original documents will be carried out at the time of the nomination process in order to guarantee the authenticity of the candidates.
Position-specific individuals will be selected for employment/engagement in ICAR-funded project and DST-funded projects; to know. ICAR funded project ICAR Network Program on Precision Agriculture (NePPA). Project “Development of Solar Powered Variable Swath Herbicide Applicator Robot for High Value Vegetable Crops” Funded by Department of Science and Technology (DST), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India.
Essential Verification Documents:
I) The selected candidate will have to produce all the original documents (of studies, work and various others) and the medical certificate at the time of membership.
ii) The applicant should carry with him/her project/thesis/dissertation work reports, testimonials/work certificates, published articles, etc., experience claim.
iii) No objection certificate issued by the employer should be produced for the candidate employed elsewhere.

Salary: Rs.31000.00 PM Plus HRA* For the 1st and 2nd year & Rs.35000.00 PM Plus HRA for the 3rd year
Upper age limit: 35 years.
Education Qualification: Master (M.Tech./ME (Agricultural Engineering (Agricultural Machinery)/Mechanical Engineering/Electronic Engineering/Computer Science) with 04 to 05 years Baccalaureate**
Desirable: Experience in robotics, drone, CAD for mechanics, electronic circuit development, computer programming-C, Python and Android application programming. Applicants who have qualified on the National Eligibility Test (NET) (ICAR/UGC/CSIR) or Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering (GATE) will be given preference.

Education Qualification: Essential: BE/B.Tech (Aerospace Engineering/Aeronautical Engineering and equivalent)/Equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Desirable: Professional experience in piloting agricultural drones, assembling and manufacturing drones and training pilots for at least 1 year in
any esteemed organization, especially in agricultural universities and reputable drone startup companies, handling both fixed-wing and multi-helicopter, drone data processing and analysis. Robotics/Mechatronics/IoT, etc. Drone flight license issued by duly recognized agencies.

Salary Rs.15000.00 per month (consolidated)
Upper age limit: 45 years old.
Education: HSCE/Intermediate.
Essential: ITI Trade in Electronics/Fitting.
