Ministry of Labor and Employment Recruitment 2022: The Ministry of Labor and Employment (Government of India) has invited applications from eligible candidates in the prescribed form to fill the vacancies/positions of Personal Assistant (PA) and Senior Divisional Clerk (UDC) on the basis of a delegation within the central government. Employment Tribunal-Labour Courts (CGIT-cum-LC). Candidates meeting the desired eligibility criteria for Personal Assistant and Upper Division Clerk positions can apply in the application form.
The deadline for submission of completed applications along with a set of self-attested photostats of certificates and applications is August 11, 2022 to be sent in an envelope marked “Application for the Position of Personal Assistant/Division Clerk superior” which should be admissible no later than August 11, 2022 at the Ministry of Labor and Employment.
Candidates must submit through an appropriate channel with a certificate of no objection obtained from the employer.

1. Personal Assistant (PA)
Duration of absorption: 03 years old
Eligibility criteria:
Personal assistant: Salary scale Rs.9300 to Rs.34800, Level 6
Staff in analogous (similar) position on regular basis or with 10 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment to it on regular basis in salary scale from Rs.5200 to Rs.34800 Level 4 in the compensation matrix.
2. Senior Division Clerk (UDC)
Duration of absorption: 03 years old
Upper Division Clerk: Salary scale Rs.5200 to Rs.34800, Level 4
Staff occupying a similar position on a regular basis or lower division clerk having completed at least 08 years of service in the grade.
Selection process: The Candidates, following the examination of the Certificates and Documents, deemed Eligible, would be called to appear for an Individual Interview and a Verification of the Documents with a view to their absorption in Service for a period of 03 years.
Documents to attach to duly completed applications: A set of self-attested photostats of all original educational certificates and documents, vigilance authorizations and ACRs (duly attested).
