We have a great opportunity for an experienced Business Manager to join NU Living. This position is an exciting and challenging new appointment and will play a pivotal role in the development and improvement of NU Living’s construction, quality and health and safety management processes.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Commercial Director will be responsible for ensuring accurate and consistent performance of the Commercial team in accordance with the commercial procedures in several programs in the region.
You will be self-sufficient with a solid background in people management, someone with experience and a genuine passion for business management, as part of the construction of residential houses / major regeneration environment.
You will show personal motivation, a commitment to do a good job and get the right result. Make good decisions and understand the importance of good business management and maximizing opportunities.
