Do you have experience working at a senior level in a public relations, media/communications role?

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as a Communications Manager.

We are looking for someone who can develop our communication strategy and ensure that all group-wide PR and communication activities are in line with the strategy. You will ensure that internal and external communications are managed effectively and that messages are delivered in a range of formats appropriate for different audiences. You will ensure that Wythenshawe Community Housing Group maximizes opportunities for good press and communications while minimizing and managing negative press.

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience in producing press releases, writing and delivering presentations

Knowledge of the design and production of published information

· Understanding of non-profit organizations and marketing in a non-commercial environment Experience using relevant communication and design tools/software

· Writing and producing information for a variety of audiences

Previous experience managing staff and budgets

· Relevant qualifications such as; degree such as English or Marketing, Journalism
