We are currently looking to recruit for a newly created role to lead the delivery of high quality recruitment and join our award winning, dedicated and progressive HR/OD department. We are ambitious – we want to attract the best talent and be an employer of choice in a competitive job market. You will bring your expertise in tools (including digital ones), techniques and methodologies, your ability to analyze the job market and your skill in identifying trends. You will have overall responsibility for a resourcing team and the internal temporary staffing team. One of the priority objectives of this role is to develop and ensure organizational commitment with a recruitment strategy that will attract (and retain) excellent people to come and work with us.
While working in partnership with the HR/OD team, you will be given some autonomy to allow you to be creative in attracting candidates to join the Board. We want you to stand out and grow your networks and partnerships.
