They are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate as their new Employer Engagement Manager to assist them in specific business growth, sales and customer expansion functions.
Role and responsibilities
* As an Employer Engagement Manager, your key responsibilities will include
* Oversee the company’s business development strategy, current and future opportunities
* Create new leads, maintain and develop existing relationships to gather and analyze current information required by the sales team.
* Driving high performance and controlling client learning tax, with the ability to work closely with the DWP.
* Bring a working knowledge of quality reporting, customer CRM being at the heart of writing sales reports.
Experience and skills
The ideal business manager will have:
* Solid knowledge of sales techniques, possessing levels of expertise in customer service, sales and new business.
* Knowledge of government funded learning and training products, with a passion for customer experience
* Extensive experience in presenting evidence-based information, arguments and decisions.
* The ability to enable learning from feedback for continued positive results.
