We have a fantastic opportunity for one; experienced, organized and motivated person to join our Living Well team as an independent living manager.

You will oversee and direct the day-to-day operation of all aspects of Village 135 Supplementary Care and Independent Living Services. These services focus on supporting our clients, enabling them to live independently at home, helping to build healthy, strong and prosperous communities that will make this part of Manchester one of the best places to live, work and play.

This exciting role supports the overall vision through effective management and strategic direction within the region and is a key part of the team that drives the growth and development of our services.

You will work closely with other managers, department heads and their respective teams, you will have the skills to develop and implement exciting new and existing services with our clients, managing expectations but adapting to local needs.
