Mahagenco Executive Engineer Recruitment 2022 Notification Out for 300 positions; The Mahanirmiti, also known as Mahagenco (Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited-MSPGCL) is considered a major power generation company located in the state of Maharashtra, India. Formerly known as MSEB (Maharashtra State Electricity Board), it is also a wholly owned subsidiary of Maharashtra State Electricity Board. With a total generation of 14,400 MW, the company is also recognized as the second largest power generation company in India.
With its head office located at Bandra, Mumbai, India, the company was incorporated as Indian Companies Act 1956 in accordance with the decision of the Maharashtra government to organize the former History of Maharashtra State Electricity Board. At present, a total of 15,000 employees are working in the department which recruits eligible candidates for several vacancies every year. For an additional executive engineer
To apply for the following position, applicants must hold a degree Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electrical and Energy Engineering and Technology from a recognized university. In addition, at least 7 years of experience in a Central/State Power Generation Company/IPP (Independent Power Producer) with a primary employer is also mandatory.
For Assistant Executive Engineer
Qualifications required to apply for the position include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electronics/Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering/Energy Engineering/Electrical and Energy Engineering and Technology from a recognized university. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Central/State Power Generation Company/IPP (Independent Power Producer) with the primary employer is also required to apply for the position.
Age limit
For the position of Executive Engineer and Additional Executive Engineerthe preferred age limit is 40 years, For Mahagenco Employees: 57 years (including Covid age easing). For the position of Deputy Executive Engineer, the age limit of the candidate must not exceed more than 38 years, For Mahagenco employees: 57 years (including Covid age relaxation).
