Description of the role

About the role
The Employer Engagement Manager focuses on developing strategic and tactical corporate partnerships with organizations around the world, with the goal of promoting Cranfield University’s portfolio of education programs, employability student and talent management services.
Provide clients with a range of recruiting services and networking opportunities, allowing them to connect with Cranfield talent, while facilitating employment opportunities for students and alumni.
About you
You will have a university education in a relevant field and ideally you will have experience in managing graduates’ transitions to employment. Candidates with proven track record in a recruiting environment where you have managed key accounts for senior stakeholders would be welcome. An understanding of current labor market trends for graduate and senior management positions is required for this role. Excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential, along with the ability to work well under pressure and effectively prioritize your own workload.
