Los Angeles, Calif.–(Newsfile Corp. – July 4, 2022) – Mirigos has announced the launch of a new team augmentation model after identifying the most common pitfalls of current outsourcing practices.

According to a survey by Gartner, the number one barrier to adopting new technologies is the lack of adequate technical staff. Lack of talent has become a bigger issue than cost of implementation or security risks. A Manpower survey indicated that it is jobs that require technical skills where it is difficult to find qualified and experienced employees, with 31% of companies struggling to fill vacancies..

With outsourcing, companies have access to a wider pool of talent available globally. Many companies use outsourcing to reduce overhead, strengthen their teams, and maximize speed and convenience. Outsourcing helps them increase their productivity and efficiency while saving money. When done right, outsourcing can be a competitive advantage and help companies reach markets and capabilities they wouldn’t otherwise have access to.

One of the downsides of outsourcing is that when employees are hired on a contract basis, their primary allegiance is to their outsourcing company. Inevitably, when employees are outsourced, some control is lost compared to when an employee is recruited locally. Businesses lose control over how tasks are monitored and performed because there is less direct supervision.

Mirigos, Inc is a consulting firm specializing in hiring technical talent globally. Commenting on its new model which combines the best of both worlds, Zhenya Rozinskiy, CEO of Mirigos, Inc, said, “Our model correctly identified and solved the most common problems we encountered with outsourcing. We seek talent using our internal recruiters and our relationships with external recruiters. Our candidates prove to be a good cultural fit in addition to meeting the technical requirements of the roles. We also ensure that your employees work under your direct supervision. , and you get full control of your team once we place the candidates. Their deliverables, assignments, priorities, and even their salary depend on the US-based employer. We do our best to stay away. We can pay them, but they work for you. We recruit top talent from Eastern Europe, Latin America and the United States to ensure you have access to top candidates. The end result is that both employers and employees are happier in the long run. Increasing your technical team will no longer be a problem for you.”
