NCL Recruitment 2022: Northern Coalfields Limited is inviting online/offline applications from eligible experienced officer for the post of Director (Technical) in Schedule “B”. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria with reference to the NCL 2022 Recruitment Notice for the position of Director (Technical) are willing and willing to apply, they can apply in online or offline mode to ensure that the applications duly completed annexes are due no later than October 17, 2022 (3:00 p.m.) at the Office of the Secretary, Public Enterprise Selection Committee, Bhawan Public Enterprises.

Documents to be sent with the candidate application form: i) Annual Performance Assessment Reports (APAR) for the previous 3 years. ii) Certificate of No Objection issued by employer/head of department/shipping department. iii) Vigilance certificate, iv) Self-attested photocopies of education, qualification, certificates, grade sheet, work experience listing past Key Areas of Responsibility (KRA), among others.

Method of application: Apply through the appropriate channel. Eligible candidates can apply through 02 Ways. i) Complete the online application form only against the Job Description (JD) on the Public Enterprise Selection Committee website. and transmit the same online. Or ii) Complete the online application form only against the job description on the website, print and submit the same offline.

Selection criteria: Selection for appointment as Director (Technical) of Northern Coalfields Ltd. will be made in the case of candidates among listed companies.

Duration of NCL service: The appointment to be offered to the holder will remain for a period of five years from the date of joining or until the date of retirement or until new orders, whichever comes first.

v) Rs.100000 to Rs.260000 (IDA) Post 01.01.2017
vi) Rs.14300 to Rs.18300 (CDA) Pre-Revised
vii) Rs.37400to Rs.67000 Plus GP 8700 (CDA)
viii) Rs.123100 to Rs. 215900 (Level 13) CDA

Retirement pension at age 60:
A) Retirement age of central public sector enterprises

I) Internal staff: Minimum 40 years and maximum 02 years of residual service on the date of occurrence of the vacancy in relation to the date of retirement.

ii) Others: Minimum 40 years and maximum 03 years of residual service on the date of occurrence of the vacancy in relation to the date of retirement.
