Qualification & Experience for CIL Recruitment 2022
For the Senior Medical Specialist (Grade E-4):
For General Surgery, General Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine, the minimum qualification is MBBS from a recognized institute/college approved by the Medical Council of India with a recognized postgraduate degree/DNB with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
For the medical specialist (grade E-3):
For General Surgery, General Medicine and Pulmonary Medicine – the minimum qualification is MBBS from a recognized institute/college approved by the Medical Council of India with a recognized PG/DNB degree.
For other specialists, in addition to the above, the postgraduate degree is also considered as one of the minimum eligible qualifications.
Chief Medical Officer (grade E-3):
MBBS from a recognized institute/college endorsed by the Medical Council of India.

Upper age limit for non-reserved (UR) candidates in case of:
The senior medical specialist (grade E4) is 42 years old for General/UR.
The chief medical officer/medical specialist at grade E3 is 35 years for General/UR.
Selection Process for CIL Recruitment 2022
Personal interviews will serve as the basis for selection, in accordance with the “Policy for Decentralized Recruitment of Medical Executives at CIL/Subsidiary Level” as described on the CIL website, as well as any subsequent modifications and clarifications.
Without a certificate of attempt or certificates provided by a university or college submitted with the pre-application, a candidate’s application will not be considered.
