Recruitment partner – digital marketing / e-commerce space – teleworking and office automation – FMCG – Chertsey and London

Improve the way we source, attract and retain digital professionals

Be the benchmark for online sourcing expertise

Support the development and implementation of effective resourcing strategies to include employer brand, attraction, diversity, talent / skills pipeline and emerging talent to meet business needs;

Develop and motivate the recruiting team to foster high engagement and effective delivery of resourcing activities;

Support in defining the strategy for external recruiting agencies and executive recruiting partners, ensuring that service levels and appropriate terms and conditions are negotiated, maintained and renewed as appropriate;

Develop plans to attract rare and critical staff, including succession gaps, to the brand and build talent pools as needed;

Work with line managers and HR Business Partners (HRBP) to establish resource requirements and respond accordingly;

Management of the end-to-end resourcing process (attraction and selection strategy and delivery to hiring and follow-up), continuously working to improve the experience of the hiring manager and candidates and the quality of hiring, including:

Work with HRBPs to ensure relevant approvals are obtained

Write and place ads in a wide range of media

Search for candidates using multiple profitable channels, using direct attraction methods and job boards to create a candidate pool / talent pool

Manage CV preselection to identify suitable candidates who match the needs of the business

Conduct interviews if necessary

Manage psychometric tests and assessment as needed

Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process (to include briefing on role profile, salary, benefits, results, next steps)

Ensure that successful or unsuccessful candidates have an excellent candidate experience

Use recruiting technologies to provide reports on recruiting metrics, trends and themes for escalation / improvement opportunities;

Maintain a broad understanding of the business in order to identify suitable quality candidates who can contribute to the future growth and success of;

Advise, coach and develop hiring managers on recruitment policies, tools, processes, interview skills and the most appropriate assessment tools to use to ensure consistency in recruitment that adheres to best practices, is compliant with law and policy;

Help develop creative ideas and strategies to promote the organization in the community and actively promote the brand throughout the recruiting process;

Manage external relations with local third-party recruiters;

Organize and participate in career fairs, presentations and other career events;

Establish, maintain and develop relationships with regional contacts, universities / colleges and local professionals;

Support the company in the delivery of emerging talent campaigns, as needed;

Monitor candidate engagement throughout the selection process, identify concerns and make recommendations for improvement;

Implement a candidate search strategy and a coherent recruiting process that offers profitable resources;

Lead, develop and coach individuals to build high performing teams and create a talent pool.

Profile

Recruitment partner – digital marketing / e-commerce space – teleworking and office automation – FMCG – Chertsey and London

Experience in recruiting digital / online / e-commerce professionals, in agency or in-house.

Extensive experience throughout the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle – plan, search, filter, select and secure – gained within an internal / agency, HR or commercial environment;

Excellent interview skills and strong written and verbal communication skills;

In-depth understanding of and extensive experience in direct recruiting methods, including social media, and an ability to use and optimize them;

Advanced web research skills and recruiting website usage skills;

Results oriented, continuously focusing on providing agreed performance indicators for the recruiting department and continuously striving to seek out the best talent for the company;

Experience measuring service performance against key metrics, determining and taking appropriate action to ensure performance remains in line with or exceeds those metrics;

Able to demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends and be able to use this knowledge to shape and influence recruiting activities;

Ability to enthusiastically promote the company to potential employees.

The following qualities / experiences are desirable:

Experience interpreting psychometric test results and supporting managers in interpreting and understanding their implications

Proven experience in recruiting in the technology industry

£ 35,000 – £ 45,000 + bonus
