EdCIL Recruitment 2022: EdCIL (India) Limited is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions as Managing Director (Projects), Deputy Managing Director (Digital Education Systems), Deputy Managing Director (Digital Education Systems), Deputy Managing Director (Human Resources), Deputy Managing Director (Education Abroad Service), Assistant Manager (Corporate Communication), Assistant Manager (Social Media), Assistant Manager and Assistant Manager (Finance). There are a total of 11 vacant jobs for various positions. Selected candidates will be assigned to the IDA salary scales of Rs 80000-220000 (E-5), Rs 70000-200000 (E-4) and Rs 40000-140000 (E-1).

2. Deputy General Manager (Digital Education Systems): BE / B Tech / M.Tech (Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics & Communication Engineering).

3. Deputy Managing Director (Projects): BE / B Tech (Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Electronics & Communication Engineering).

4. Deputy Director (Digital Educational Systems): MBA/PGDM specializing in human resources/staff management (2 years full-time).

5. Assistant Manager (Human Resources): Essential: BE/B Tech (Information Technology/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication Engineering).

Job description for EdCIL Recruitment 2022

General Manager (Projects)

1. Manage and oversee the project management and execution functions of various company projects.

2. Establish excellent service delivery relationships with client organizations including Central/State Government, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, Institutions and Overseas Governments, Departments/Authorities to achieve business and service delivery objectives.

3. Coordinate the activities, operations, resources and personnel of service verticals as required, including operations and project management services, digital education, etc.

4. Oversee e-recruitment, industrial relations, workforce planning, HR function, etc.

Deputy Director General (Digital Education Systems)

1. The candidate would be a key member of the IT/ICT/digital education vertical of the company and should have hands-on experience in building ICT infrastructure and maintenance, preferably in the education sector related to products and computer/ICT services.

2. He/She must be capable of carrying out ICT projects and must have experience in project execution, including procurement and tendering activities for institutional clients in the sectors government/PSU verticals.

3. In-depth knowledge and ability to use educational technologies with strong communication, collaboration, influencing and teamwork skills.

Deputy Managing Director (Projects)

1. Manage and oversee the project management and execution functions of various company projects.

2. Coordinate the activities, operations, resources and personnel of service verticals as required, including operations and project management services, primary and higher education, etc.

3. Oversee e-recruitment, industrial relations, workforce planning, HR function, etc.

4. Preparation and evaluation of tender documents, supervision and monitoring of project activities, liaison with stakeholders

Deputy Director (Digital Educational Systems)

1. Implementation of smart classrooms, Wi-Fi on campuses

2. Execution of educational technology projects, including deployment of virtual classrooms, digital campus initiatives, IT content development

3. Implementation of ERP systems at multiple customer sites on cloud/premises.

4. Creation and monitoring of IT infrastructure in digital education products and services and content development process.

5. Execution of the company’s IT strategy.

However, employees of ministries, public sector organizations and autonomous bodies are required to submit their application (hard copy) through the appropriate channels, preferably within 15 days of submitting an online application.
