Fine & Country will hold masterclasses in October focusing on recruitment and retention.


Held in London and Leeds, the sessions will give agents the opportunity to hear from leading property professionals how they can maximize their recruitment efforts and grow their business, while creating a working environment that only the best agents do not want to leave.


Nicky Stevenson, Managing Director of Fine & Country UK, says: “The Masterclass Series is for agents looking to maximize their opportunity to grow market share in their region by recruiting the right people to achieve it. Whether you are looking to grow your business by recruiting employees or associates, or to better understand your team by ensuring retention, this session is for you. We have so many talented people within the network who have excelled in various aspects of the business, the series is all about sharing their knowledge and ideas to further improve an agent’s chances of success in the top quartile of the real estate market.



The first will take place on Friday October 7 in London and the second on Thursday October 13 in Leeds. Speakers include Paul Quintanilla, who has recruited over 100 associates into the Fine & Country network over the past three and a half years. Paul will share his daily activities to attract associates, which can be implemented by business owners.

Other speakers include Nicola Broomham, a former agent and now director of recruitment at deverellsmith, who will discuss changing employee attitudes, what negotiators and managers expect from their employer, and how this has changed in a post-Covid world, so business owners can better attract them.


Also presenting is Jennifer Scott-Reid, Human Resources and Development Manager at nurtur.group, which will explain how to understand the different personalities of your team members and how to retain them.
