Tata Steel Wins Gold Employer Title in India Workplace Equality Index (IWEI) 2021


Steel tata was recognized as a “Gold” Employer by the 2021 IWEI (India Workplace Equality Index) Top Employers for leading the way in LGBT + inclusion. The “Gold” standard means that employers have successfully integrated LGBT + inclusion into their policies, hiring practices, external communication, demonstrating a long-term and deep commitment to LGBT + inclusion.
